Summer Fundraising Events with Jane Means Gift Wrap Guru Jane Means will be hosting a weekend of fundraising events in early July. It's a milestone birthday for Jane (who turns 40) and with so much doom and gloom in the recession, she has decided to add some glitz and glamour whilst raising funds. Jane will be hosting an invitation only Party on July 4th with guests travelling afar as Spain and France, followed by a Summer Charity Event on July 7th which will no doubt be a sell out at the idyllic Watermill location.

Not known for doing things quietly Jane's party will be a Bollywood theme with Raj tents and Marquees with guests attending in Asian costumes. An Asian Dinner and dancing will follow a champagne reception and during the evening will be a few fundraising events including a raffle and auction. All ages will be in attendance and guests can have a rest break in a 'Chill Out Tent' during the summer evening.
One of Jane's favourite places is India where she finds plenty of inspiration for her work, and with oscar winning 'Slumdog Millionaire', she decided to go for the Bollywood theme knowing it would be a real Ice breaker for guests.

The Summer Fundraising on the 7th is open to all and will feature hand picked stalls selling gifts, cakes, plants, produce, cards, paintings as well as a tombola, cake stall, brick a brack and raffle. Jane Means has also decided to hold her annual sale at the event. Entrance is £3.50 including Tea/Coffee and a handmade scone and doors will be open from 10am-1pm The events will be at a rural Watermill near Scopwick (courtesy of Janes' parents).
