This months Woman and Home Magazine (September Issue) features Maxine Ferguson,

who with her husband Ron have recently opened their boutique bed and breakfast called Number 24, which is located close to Lincoln Cathedral.

Maxine has been on two of Janes Gift Wrapping courses of which she has described in

the feature.  One course was at Maxines home and Jane was so impressed by the

decor, she ended up using Maxines home for her own photo shoots for the Christmas

and Easter Collections.

Jane says "Lincoln is now such a young and exciting city with so much history in the

Cathedral Quarter, we were lacking high end boutique accommodation and top notch

Bed and Breakfasts, which are always in demand"

Of course Jane is always on the lookout for quality establishments as the majority of

her course attendees come from outside the County including overseas and need an

overnight stay. Many end up staying for a short break and tour the historic city

"I was delighted when I heard that Number 24 was opening as a Boutique Bed and

Breakfast..and without a doubt is my top recommendation when in the City"

It has been voted the number one place to stay in Lincoln by Trip Advisor and has

recently been awarded 5 stars and a Silver status by the Tourist board
